Order Processing & Delivery

In-Stock Items

For products that are in stock, orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing, packaging, and dispatch typically take 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Pre-Order Items

If a product is available for pre-order, please allow up to 15 business days for us to receive the product, customise it (where applicable), and prepare it for shipment. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that the 15 business days is the processing time before your order is shipped. Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, courier delays, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
